Consignment and Selling Agreement
Recycle Style will gladly sell your designer and high end garments in our online store, through our social media, and other selling venues.
We offer 3 ways to sell: 1) directly to us, 2) trade-in for store credit, or 3) on consignment. Please read this agreement carefully.
Item Criteria
YOUR ITEMS FOR SALE MUST BE:
* Authentic high end or designer brand. E.g. Trelise Cooper, AJE, Kowtow, Nom*D, Zambesi, Mister Zimi, Stolen Girlfriends Club
We also accept high end on trend chain store brands such as Max, Zara, Decjuba but must be in like new condition and less than 2 years old.
Please do not send any Shein, Temu, Boohoo, H&H, Anko fast fashion brands
* New, like-new to gently-used condition
* Free from faults such as fading, tears, pulls, pilling, pet hair.  
Please note that any unaccepted items will not be returned, and we’re unable to provide individual feedback on each piece. To avoid this, please make sure to read through the guidelines carefully.
* Relevant to current season + trends
* Purchased within the last 3 years (unless exceptional or sought after vintage)
* Garment sizes between 10-20 NZ, footwear sizes between 7-10.0 NZ  (we will consign items outside this size bracket)

Process
Upon receipt, your items will be put in a stock queue, we aim to email you within 1 week of receipt with your offer.  You must email us within 1 week of receiving your offer (please check your junk mail) to accept or reject (courier charges apply if you would like items returned)  The items will become the property of Recycle Style to be handled or disposed of at our sole discretion if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks of receiving your offer email.
ACCEPTED ITEMS
We’ll email you your cash price/store credit offer/consignment price for accepted items. 
UNACCEPTED ITEMS
Any unaccepted items will not be returned, and we’re unable to provide individual feedback on each piece. To avoid this, please make sure to read through the guidelines of what we accept carefully.
OFFER ACCEPTED
Recycle Style will be responsible for the promotion, care and customer service associated with selling your items, including market price evaluation, professional photography, detailed description, and if required - secure packaging and shipping of your items. We will take all necessary steps to sell your item quickly for the best price possible. 

Payments
STORE CREDIT
Up to 50% of listing price - Issued immediately to your account.  There is no expiry date on store credit.

CASH OUT
Payments are generally made within 1-5 working days

CONSIGN
Payouts are made fortnightly.  Due to our 7 day from delivery return policy, you may be paid in the next payment cycle.  We also ship worldwide so expect a longer timeframe for your payout if it is shipped overseas.


Selling Option 1: Cash Offer – The Fast Cash Option (Generally up to 30% )(30-35% for sought after items)
We will buy select items outright for a fair value.  Typically, direct buy offers will be up to 30% of our appraised resale value and is not based on the original retail price. Direct Buy is the quickest way to sell. However, you can receive more for your item with trade-in or by consigning it with us.
Selling Option 2: Store Credit – Immediate Shopping dollars that never expire (40-50%)
We will issue store credit for select items. Store credit is 40-50% of the resale price. You do not have to wait for your trade-in items to sell. Store credit is loaded onto your account and ready to use with no expiry date.
Selling Option 3: Consignment – Selling on behalf with payment made once sold (30-60% excl GST)
We will use our online store, customer base and other selling avenues to sell your items. 
We us a sliding scale payment system - the more your item sells for the more you earn
$0-$15 → no payout - helps us cover the courier costs to get items here
$15.01 - $30 → 30%
$30.01 - $60  → 40%
$60.01 - $200 → 50% 
$200.01+ → 60%
If your item has not sold after 10 weeks, it is your responsibility to email us if you would like to have your items returned - if no contact is made - we may continue selling your items, move items to clearance or donate to charity
Consignment Term & Item Pricing
Initial price is determined according to current market value. After 4 weeks the price may be reduced by 25%, and further by 50% after 6 weeks.  
After 10 weeks, you can request your items be returned to you (courier charges apply) If we don't receive a request for return and we don't think your items will sell, your items may be donated on behalf.
Items withdrawn from consignment before the full 90 day term will be charged a $10 processing fee (courier charge applies)
